In many instances, you may not recognize the name of the deceased or your relationship to the person who has died. Genealogical research has determined your relationship to the deceased.
The law has procedures which protects your rights in the estate of the person who died. We are required to use reasonable efforts to obtained your mailing address in order for the estate administrator to contact you.
If you fail to cooperate, then any loss of your legal rights or financial interests in the estate. This matter is time sensitive. It is important you cooperate and contact us quickly.
